So you if it doesn't work after doing what I said above, just google the wrap_oal.dll and download it, then unzip and extract it to the phantom brave folder. I also downloaded and copied the wrap_oal.dll file from the internet (google search) and installed that before I found the SDK for the OpenA元2.dll file. Then when that folder open, right click and paste the file you copied earlier. Go to your Phantom Brave folder, which is easiest to find by going to your steam library, right clicking on Phantom Brave, and then hovering over Manage, then click on Browse Local Files. Scroll down till you see the OpenAl32.dll file. To do this, open your file explorer, click on C: folder, click on Windows folder, then click on system32 folder. Then go to the C:\Windows\System32 folder. After it finishes installing it will ask you to run the next installer and if you want to close the current installer. Especially when you shut your computer down the proper way, wait a few seconds and then restart it completely, rather than just letting the system do a restart for you. A quick restart can often fix an unresponsive app. While it might be too much for novice users, those who like customizing their experience should feel right at home. I got it to work after a ton of exploration. Simply close Microsoft Edge, wait a few seconds, and then reopen it. Brave is a secure browser with excellent performance and plenty of built-in features.
